When yoga practices are targeted specifically toward improving mental health it implies some specialized knowledge of a wide range of mental health issues. In this issue, we hear from two pioneers in the field of yoga and mental health: our feature article is an in-depth description of Michelle Forbes�s work at Children�s Hospital Colorado, and we have a fascinating interview with Bo Forbes discussing the integration of psychotherapy and yoga therapy.
