How do I renew online?
Log in to the members’ section and then select “Membership and Renewal Information” from the top menu. If you renew early, your full year will be added to your existing renewal date.
How can I tell if my membership is current?
Your membership expiration date is displayed as part of your profile when you log in to the members’ section of the IAYT web site. Your Membership type and expiry date are in the "Account Information" section at the top of the page. We also print your expiration date above your name on the address label of all our print publications.
What if I don’t remember my username and password?
Enter the email address you used to join IAYT and your username and password will be emailed to you. If you don’t know the email address you used to join, email membership@iayt.org, or give us a call (928-541-0004, M-F, 9-3, MST) and we’ll look it up for you.
How do I update or edit my professional profile?
Log in to the members’ section of www.iayt.org. You will then see “My Profile”, which is made up of three fields: Account Information, Contact Information, and Professional Information. Together, these three boxes make up your profile. Select the edit box in the upper right hand corner of each of these fields to update your information. You may want to look at what is available in all three of the fields that make up your profile, just to get accustomed to the information that they include.
Why doesn’t my professional profile show up in the “Find a member” search?
a. Your membership may have expired. Only the profiles of current members are displayed.
b. Make sure that the “Display profile” box in the Contact Information section is checked.
Also, check as many of the professional categories that apply to you (Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Health Professional, or Researcher), so that members and the public can find you when searching for members in specific categories.
How do I make a payment from a foreign country?
The easiest way to pay is by credit card online.
Alternatively,
- A check written in US dollars amounts and drawn on a US bank may be mailed to IAYT
- A check written on your international bank in the foreign amount equivalent to the US dollar amount of our membership rates may also be mailed. You may have to visit your bank to find out the conversion rate and the equivalent currency amount.
- We also accept International Postal Money Orders and Travelers Checks.
