I currently teach a therapeutic yoga class for those with chronic illness or disease; for those seeking pain and/or stress management techniques; and, for seniors seeking more balance, strength, flexibility and/or relaxation. I also provide individualized therapeutic yoga instruction for those not seeking a classroom environment but wanting help with a specific condition. I have volunteered teaching gentle yoga movements to residents in an assisted living facility who primarily have dementia and//or Alzheimer's.
