Hope’s Yoga offers complementary health and wellness modalities. Services include multiple styles and levels of therapeutically oriented yoga classes, and one-on-one therapeutic yoga. My mission is to create ease and functionality in all aspects of my clients’ lives.
I provide complementary care, support, and education (through classes with a focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga) for persons wanting to better their life and health situation through the practices of yoga.
My yoga programming aims to promote wellness and ease, not only for the physical, but also for the emotional and social components of these individuals facing various challenges with specific interest in those undergoing or recovering from cancer and those living with Multiple Sclerosis.
