While graduates of IAYT accredited programs will continue to be automatically eligible for certification, the one-year period in which other yoga therapists can apply through grandparenting ends on June 30, 2017.  If you are a practicing yoga therapist who completed a formal yoga therapy training program which you began prior to 2014, you may be eligible under Grandparenting Pathway 1.  If you are a seasoned yoga therapist, who began practicing prior to 2008, you may be eligible under Grandparenting Pathway 2.

All the Rules, forms, FAQs and other resources are available on the Certification pages on our website.  To learn more about the criteria for eligibility, start with the Eligibility Chart.  Then go to Certification>Apply Now to look at the Rules, forms, and sample online application.  All of these pages are available to anyone, whether an IAYT member or not.  (You must be an IAYT member to apply.)
