  • For program directors and faculty of IAYT Member Schools only  (up to 4 per school)

  • NOTE:  The hotel has sold out for Wednesday night, June 8.  If you are planning to come in and need a room for that night, IAYT has been able to negotiate a special rate at the Sheraton in Reston.  A shuttle to the Reston Town Center area is available.  Click here for details and to make a reservation at the Sheraton.

Member Schools who are applying, or considering applying, for program accreditation meet with members of the Accreditation Committee. 

Attendance is strongly recommended for all schools applying or considering applying for accreditation.  This should improve your application process and save you weeks, if not months of application time.

Space is limited to 12 people by permission.

Meeting of Schools Continued

Panel presentations developed by the Meeting of Schools Committee.  There will be time after each panel presentation for Q & A.

  • Specialty Programs - A proposal from the Accreditation Committee.
  • Distance Learning - How yoga therapy curriculum is being delivered online (both synchronous and asynchronous e-learning).
  • Assessments - How to do assessments and practicum assessments.  Sharing best practices.
