Antonella Morun, Experienced yoga teacher, member of World Yoga Council, owner/director of Yogasanteplus at Montreal since 2010 and certified yoga therapist by the French Yoga Federation (FFY). She has more than 19 years of personal practice and more than nine years of professional experience (teaching yoga full time), more than 2063 hours of training, in wich 1293 hours are therapeutic yoga and 250 hours in anatomy.
Antonella was trained in Nepal, India, the United States and Canada. She studied therapeutic yoga with her mentor Krishna Uprety of Divine Yoga Institute in Nepal and with Naada Yoga in Montreal. She studied anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montreal, Lotus Palm and Baxter Bell. She was trained in restorative yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and François Raoult.

Antonella Morun, maître en yoga, membre du Conseil Mondial de Yoga, directrice de Yogasanteplus Montreal et formatrice certifiée en yoga thérapeutique par la Fédération francophone de Yoga (F.F.Y.). Elle cumule plus de 18 ans d’expérience personnelle et plus de huit ans d’expérience professionnelle en yoga, comprenant plus de 1927 heures de formation, dont 1293 heures en yoga thérapeutique (250 heures en anatomie).

Antonella a été formée au Népal, en Inde, aux États-Unis et au Canada. Elle a étudié le yoga thérapeutique avec son mentor Krishna Uprety de Divine Yoga Institute au Népal et avec Naada Yoga à Montréal. Elle a étudié l’anatomie à la faculté de médecine à l’Université de Montréal, chez Lotus Palm et avec Baxter Bell. Elle a été formée en yoga restaurateur avec Judith Hanson Lasater et François Raoult.
