She is particularly interested in yoga as an adjunct to therapy for individuals seeking treatment for mental health issues. Her focus is on guiding students to move toward a greater sense of self as the ultimate teacher. Linda teaches a 6 week course, Yoga for Anxiety. She is a Certified Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Instructor leading workshops and trainings for Yoga Teachers who wish to complement their Yoga Teacher Training with this accessible practice.
