Professional Summary: Movement teacher, facilitator, therapist and writer based in south-east London. I offer ashtanga vinyasa, still yoga, yoga & somatic therapy, specialist hypermobility work, yoga teacher & therapist mentoring, conscious dance, and somatic movement. I have been in practice as a yoga therapist since graduating from the Phoenix Rising yoga therapy programme in 2003 and work integratively, with a specialism in complex trauma.
