Diane's Yoga Therapy and Yoga & Ayurveda for Personal Transformation programs focus on helping those struggling with both physical challenges or stagnant ideas and addictions to change their mind about their life and health by teaching them ways to reconnect to the harmonies of the natural world through dietary changes, Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation as well as devotional practices. Diane believes in going to the Source to rediscover ways to realign with those rhythms rather than masking symptoms.
