Personally I have been practicing yoga since age 12. Native of Germany, where I was a therapist and Social worker, Kundalini Yoga helped me succeed in my Masters Program of spiritual Psychology, in Santa Monica, CA with ease and joy. As a facilitator for anger management groups and women empowerment groups professionally as a therapist, I was inspired to combine psychotherapy groups with Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga has many kriyas that are geared towards improvement of mental health, mood, peace of mind, personal growth and deepening your relationship with the Divine. These groups of 8 to 12 people maximum have been successfully offered since 12 years. Students and clients have reported vast improvements. This combined with EMDR treatment in private practice are great ways to help increase ones ability to perform in the world. Being a pioneer in the field of yoga therapy has been very fulfilling. Groups often have waiting lists, and spaces fill up quickly.
