  Providing traditional individualized yoga training and therapeutics including asana, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic counseling in a highly accessible manner focusing on unique elements of the individual. Bill has close working relationships with physical therapists and physicians who are often consulted in therapeutic intervention for synthesized developmental approaches. People of all ages and abilities have learnt how yoga can safely and joyfully help them on their personal journey towards better mind and body health.

Bill started 11th Step Yoga in 2011 as an option to 12-Step meetings to add movement, breath and meditation to the options for those working through addiction recovery. Still meeting weekly, 11th Step Yoga's mission is to bring about a deeper more physically rooted, contented recovery while providing an experience of serenity, empowerment and calm.

Medical professionals, including his wife, Dr. Jennifer Lynch, noted neurologist and neurophysiologist have added valuable insight to his work by synthesizing the tools of Western therapeutic approaches along with yoga and Ayurveda for individual conditions including but not limited to…
