I am trained in Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotish. My primary practice is Jyotish where I utilize Ayurvedic lifestyle and herbs, Asana, Pranayama, Dharana, Dhyana, and Mantra. I work primarily as a guide to help people with more severe disorders find the correct type of therapies and practices needed for their conditions. My present research has been on psychological disorders.
I have spent two decades studying with various traditional teachers in India and the US.
My present research/writing is developing a functional framework to utilize Yoga, Ayurveda and Jyotish in modern Psychology practice by presenting a functional understanding of the mind from a Yogic perspective.
