I have been a professional yoga instructor for over 10 years. I own a yoga school in Lviv, Ukraine, where we train yoga teachers and as outcome receive highly qualified professionals.
I got my first RYT 200 certification in 2016 and RYT500 - Devdan Yoga International.
I also studied yoga therapy for more than two years (2019-2021), at the Institute of Traditional Health Systems under the program "Physical Therapy for People with Disabilities (Adaptive Physical Therapy)".
I have trained about 150 yoga teachers according to the RYT100 standard and about 70 according to the RYT200 standard. Some were from Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, France, Greece, Norway, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and others mainly from Ukraine.
I have more than 10,000 hours of teaching and more than 2,000 hours of personal training.
Defended my thesis on 09.2021 on the topic "yoga therapy for post-covid anxiety disorder". Was a speaker at the annual scientific and practical conference "Science - Yoga 2021" (www.yoga-conference.ru).
Since 2016, I have been a mentor of the Devdan yoga school in Ukraine.
Also, I took part as a speaker in conferences and meetings of yoga therapists of Ukraine and the CIS.
Was a participant of educational seminars on the rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system according to Mulligan's concept ( https://bmulligan.com ).
Practice yoga for 13 years, teach yoga for 11 years. Yogatherapiest for 7 years, Teach on the yoga teachers training for 6 years.
