You have the training and experience! More yoga therapy related jobs are showing up on job search sites.

The IAYT Career Center is available to all members and member schools and we want to facilitate linking members seeking job openings with those that have openings.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions to help you make the best use of this benefit!

How do I access the IAYT Career Center?

First, be sure you are signed into your account! This is a member only benefit.

  • Click on Membership from the menu bar
  • Select Career Center from the dropdown
  • You can then click on Search Openings, Resume/CV Search, OR Submit an Opening
  • Follow the instructions to filter for specific positions or click "Search" to see all
  • Access the Career Center NOW!

What should I do if I cannot access the IAYT Job Board?

If you have signed into your account and you cannot access the Job Postings, send a Contact Us to let us know. The appropriate staff member will assist you within 2 business days (usually sooner).

How do I post my resume on the IAYT Career Center?

First log into your account at iayt.org

  • Go to My Profile at the top or right side of the page
  • Select Manage Profile
  • Scroll down the page to Networking & Careers
  • Click on Resume/CV to create your resume, upload a resume/CV, and to manage security and privacy settings
  • Here you can update your Resume/CV as needed

What should I do if I cannot post my resume/CV?

If you are logged into your account, but cannot post your resume by following the steps above, please Contact Us and the appropriate staff member will assist you within 2 business days.

What happens to my resume after I post it?

After posting your resume in the Career Center, it is stored in our resume database until you delete it. You can make updates and save your changes at any time. The resume will be deleted should your membership lapse for more than 30 days.

How do I keep my resume active and searchable?

Your resume/CV will remain active as long as you maintain it in your profile. You will want to assure that it is up-to-date with current information and the best way to contact you.

How long do you recommend that I keep my resume active in the IAYT Career Center?

We strongly recommend that you keep your profile/resume active in our database for as long as you are interested in working and/or are seeking a new position.

Can I attach my resume as a document?

Yes. To attach your resume, complete the online information as much as possible and then check the box "I want to attach a document after submitting my Resume/CV" at the bottom of the My Resume/CV page. Upload your resume/CV as directed.

Note that the document must be a single document (i.e., multi-page pdf or Word docs must be saved as a single document) and must be less than 30 MB in size.

How do I post a job opening on the IAYT Career Center?

First, be sure you are signed into your account! This is a member only benefit.

  • Click on Membership from the menu bar
  • Select Career Center from the dropdown
  • You can then click on Submit an Opening
  • Follow the instructions to complete the online information
  • IAYT will be notified that an opening is waiting approval and will review within 2 business days
  • Approved openings will be posted in the Career Center
